Sheila O'Brien is a retired law enforcement veteran that served the Broward County Sheriffs Office as a Communications supervior for over 32 years. Following retirement, Coach Sheila  set her sights on entrepreneurship. It started with a nugget that was dropped in her spirit by the Holy Spirit. She heard three words: push, pursue, prosper. From that, she was given the scripture 3 John 1:2 that reads “Beloved I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospers”. At that moment, it became more than just a business; it also became ministry. Ministry designed to help women Push beyond their past, Pursue their dreams, and Prosper in all things.

Coach Sheila graduated from the Breakthrough Leadership and Coaching Academy (BCLA) as  a certified Life, Christian, Professional and Purpose Coach. She recently acquired her  International Chaplain from Heart Bible Institute University. She is the founder and CEO of Sheila O’Brien Ministries Inc., 3P Notary Service Inc, and 3P Coaching Services, Inc. She is the wife to Apostle Clive O’Brien to which they  pastor The Father's Heart Christian Center. To this union, they have one teenage daughter.
